  • Remote scan of Business Systems in scope (if access available)
  • Three-days on site visit, including reporting on Initial Findings (1st impression)
  • Compare interview results with Remote Scan (if done)
  • Final Reporting: Findings & Recommendations

What systems/applications are used for reporting of the major KPI’s?

How are roles & responsibilities managed in the systems?

What are the major functionality gaps as perceived by the users

 

People - Process

The skills levels on prime operational and supporting processes

Level of understanding what happens with the output of employees activities?

Is there an integral view of employees on the total business?

Training levels on the use of the systems

Level of understanding the full capabilities of the systems

Ability to Execute, Support and Change

Awareness of the strategic direction of the company
