About me

We all have a passion for something intriguing us, whether at work or in private life, sports, arts, nature, science. I was always getting (and still am!) super excited about learning new things I never had heard off before, and finding ways to use those new experiences in my day to day life.

I have learned many of new methodologies, tools, systems, applications, process & data technologies over more than 40 years, since the companies I worked for, gave me the opportunity to build up experiences in many different management functions within various international companies and industries, like: Marine, Machine Building, Micro-Electronics, Plastics, Software Industries and Consulting Services. 

What made that so valuable for me? Basically three learning experiences:

- Every Industry has its own beauty, and you only become aware of it, after you're being around there for a while
- Every Profession has its own beauty, and you only become aware of it, when just doing it for a while
- Every Technology has its own beauty, and you will be aware of it, after using it for a while

In those more than 40 years, technology changes have always been the main enablers for business process optimization and over the last few years it is clear that Data & Analytics technologies, are becoming the major business drivers.

Anyway, don't be hesitant.

Just try and learn. Learning by doing is since the Craftsmen Practices in the Middle Ages, by far the best Education.

It has been an unbelievable exciting journey for me to experience such a lot of technology milestones in just a few decades. How did it change my and other people's life...?
